Return Policy

Hey there, fellow disc golf enthusiasts! We totally get it - sometimes things just don't go as planned. Maybe you accidentally ordered the wrong disc, or ordered one too many (hey, it happens!). Whatever the reason, we want to make sure you're happy with your purchase from SMASH & TAP DISCS. So, here's the lowdown on our return policy:

First things first, we want to make the return process as smooth as a well-thrown disc. If you need to return an item, just reach out to us within 2 weeks of receiving your order and we’ll help you out as much as we can. Just keep in mind that the item(s) needs to be in its original condition, because nobody wants a scratched-up, beat-up product. We're all about that fresh-out-of-the-box goodness!

Now, we know that returning something can be a bit of a bummer. But fear not! We've got a few options to make it less of a drag:

 

Option 1: The Store Credit Shuffle

If you're not quite sure what you want to replace your returned disc with, we've got you covered. We'll hook you up with store credit equal to the value of the returned item. You’ll have to cover the shipping cost but you won’t get a restock fee. That way, you can take your time browsing our awesome selection and find the disc of your dreams. It's like having a disc golf shopping spree, but without spending a dime!

Option 2: The Refund Rumba

If the above option doesn’t float your disc golf boat, we totally understand. We'll issue a refund back to your credit card minus a 10% processing fee. Shipping is your responsibility but we’ll get it taken care of.
